• Internship is an opportunity for budding engineers to experience what it is like to work in a core industry.
• When done properly, the experience will give you a mature outlook and puts your career in the right perspective.
• We see this as an opportunity to educate young minds on both technology and process aspects of manufacturing.
• Internship should not just be an "exposure" to the core sector, but actual work experience. In our opinion, it is NOT an internship if you attended only for a few days or if you did NOT do anything hands-on.
• We believe an engineer should NOT just learn engineering concepts and principles, but also understand how they are applied in design and manufacture of products and solving technology issues. This is only possible when an internship is done at a core industry.

Doing a so-called "internship" at a training centre will not provide you these benefits. They do not have the infrastructure to present you the right context in a practical manner. The best they can do is explain how it applies in manufacturing, and may be do a mock project.

We hope you take an informed decision on where you do your internship.

As a core-sector industry, this is our contribution to making it happen in India. After all, properly skilled workforce is a key feature in a strong manufacturing sector.

• Work alongside experienced engineers. We are not a training centre. We are manufacturers who are providing skill development. You will work on actual products we manufacture, along with our engineers.
• Acquire the skills desired by the prospective employers. Skills are identified through an industry-wide consensus. You are not wasting your time in getting some meaningless certificate, but are gaining experience that core industries desire.
• Most hands-on time acquiring and applying these skills. You will be busy performing hands-on skill development through production activities.
• Involve in the manufacture of actual electronic systems from scratch. Yes, you will do everything to produce the item. We will offer the skill development and guidance all along.
• No irrelevant activities at all. You will only involve in activities that will add value to your career.
• Your performance will be assessed through your work and its outcome. 
• Certification and Skill-development report highlight the acquired skills. Yes, the certificate is not a "Participation Certificate", but a proper assessment of your skills.

Students who have done their internship under our guidance have a distinct positive change in their approach and attitude towards a career in engineering. They are ready to take on challenges with a confidence which can only come from experience.

• Any time, actually. We start when you can. You need to register first.
• The programme duration can be customized to suit your requirement.
• Minimum duration 100 hours (a little over 4 weeks). It is meaningless to do an internship on in-plant training for a few days. You will NOT really learn anything.
